About me
Born and raised in Thuringia/Germany I settled in Leipzig to study. Driven by curiosity to understand how human cooperation and communication works, I dedicated myself to studying educational sciences and ethnology. Since finishing my studies, I have worked in development cooperation and humanitarian aid in Germany, East and West Africa, the Caribbean and Southeast Asia. As a manager, I have led and coached teams and employees and been part or coordinator in change processes. Over the course of my 15 years of work in this field, my interest in offering people the space and resources to develop themselves in a professional setting grew, as well as how structures and processes, when they are tailored to the needs of the people who support them, of those who use and develop them every day, increase the quality of the results and the passion of the employees.
Following my interest and passion, I now focus on coaching and organizational consulting. I pursue a systemic approach and work as a process consultant. If required, I also contribute expert knowledge that I have acquired in various international companies/organizations as well as in an academic context. My fields of expertise are listed on the main page for organisational consulting.
Looking forward to working with you,
